Dr. Robert Grove, Ph.D.:
Medical psychologist specializing in evidence-based neuroscience. Trained in pharmacology from University of Minnesota Medical School and Pritzer School of Medicine University of Chicago in addiction pharmacology. Dr. Grove is a pioneer in research leading to evidence-based models on conditioning for drug dependence and withdrawal. He has developed numerous applications used by medical research and educational teams.
For 25 years Dr. Grove was one of the core teachers for the graduate and medical students at UCLA medical school accreditation program in substance abuse management.

Dr. Lynn Banis, Ph.D.:
Dr. Banis, Ph.D. Urban Services - Higher Education Administration with cognate in Human Resource Management and Industrial-Organizational Psychology, Old Dominion University School of Business and Urban Services, M.A. - Administration; M.A. - Counseling, Regent University, B.A. - Teaching/Humanities,United States International University, Graduate, Corporate Coach University, Master Certified Coach. Leadership Development Consultant. Children’s Memorial Medical Center, Experienced Manager. Arthur Andersen & Co., Corporate Director of Training and Development, Tidewater Health Care, Inc., Director of Organization Development and Training, Childrens’ Hospital of The King's Daughters. Dr. Lynn holds advanced coaching credentials as a Masters Certified Coach, Board Certified Coach and NLP Coach. As an adjunct professor with Old Dominion University, George Washington University and Northwestern University, she has also taught graduate and undergraduate courses in coaching skills, business and psychology.

C. Norman Shealy, M.D., Ph.D.:
In memorium: We would like to express our heartfelt gratitude to Dr. Norm Shealy, renowned neurosurgeon, for his generous service and dedication as an honorary board member with WAATME. His contributions to our mission were invaluable, and his legacy will continue to inspire us. May he rest in peace. December 4, 1932 - July 8, 2024
